Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using VertexPoint, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. VertexPoint is operated by HollowPixel.

2. Use of the Service

You may use VertexPoint only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without written consent.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to VertexPoint (forms, submissions, files, etc.). By using the service, you grant HollowPixel a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit. We do not review user-submitted content and are not liable for it.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Free plans may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6. Availability & Uptime

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HollowPixel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HollowPixel operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
